Indications
Emofort 550 is based on plant extracts of Sweet Clover, Red Vine, and Horse Chestnut with the addition of Diosmin and Hesperidin. In particular, Sweet Clover supports venous circulation and the functionality of the hemorrhoidal plexus. Red Vine and Horse Chestnut contribute to microcirculation function and to alleviating heavy legs.
Ingredients
Diosmin, Hesperidin, Coating agent (capsule): Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; Grapevine (Vitis vinifera L.) leaf dry extract titrated at 5% in polyphenols, Horse chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum L.) bark dry extract titrated at 3% in escin, Sweet clover (Melilotus officinalis Pallas) aerial part with flowers, Anti-caking agent: Magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Directions for use and dosage
It is recommended to take 1 capsule per day between meals with plenty of water.

Although the pharmacological interactions of horse chestnut have not yet been well documented, coumarin compounds have been extracted from the plant that could potentially interact with anticoagulants, antiplatelet agents, or thrombolytic agents.
