- Ribes nigrum L., folium, e.s. 1/4, contributes to the drainage of body fluids and joint function;
- Feverfew (Tanacetum parthenium Sch. Bip., flowers) e.s. tit. 0.8%, contributes to the maintenance of joint function, counteracts menstrual cycle disorders and counteracts localized states of tension;
- Boswellia serrata Roxb. e.s. tit. 65% boswellic acids, contributes to the maintenance of joint function and counteracts localized states of tension;
- Magnesium, 181 mg, in addition to counteracting tiredness and fatigue, promotes the normal functioning of the central nervous system, taking part in electrolyte balance and the management of nervous transmission;
- Vitamin B1 (thiamine) contributes to the important process of converting glucose into energy, is part of the so-called water-soluble vitamins, those that cannot be accumulated in the body, but must be regularly taken through food, it is called the "morality vitamin" for its ability to positively influence people's mental attitude.
