Honey; aqueous extract of mallow (malva sylvestris) leaves and flowers; corn poppy (papaver rhoeas) petals; pine (pinus montana) buds; ginger (zingiber officinale) rhizome; tolu balsam (myroxylon balsamum); cinnamon (cinnamomum zeylanicum) essential oil; citric acid; potassium sorbate.

Directions for use and Dosage

Unless otherwise directed by your doctor, take 1 tablespoon of product 3 times a day.
