Ecodefence is a food supplement with environmental pollutant detoxifying properties. The body's vital functions, based on the immune system and metabolism, are severely compromised by the presence of toxins, now present without exception in everything we eat and drink. The use of Ecodefence restores a state of wellness and considerably slows down physical aging.
With dry broccoli extract containing glucoraphanin, a natural reservoir of sulforaphane, an isothiocyanate (a molecule with a sulfur atom in its structure). The myrosinase enzyme, a beta-thioglucosidase present in the human intestinal bacterial flora, catalyzes the hydrolysis reaction of glucoraphanin into sulforaphane. Following the digestive process, sulforaphane is absorbed into the blood, quickly accumulates in the tissues, reaching very high plasma peaks up to an hour after digestion. It is then eliminated through the urinary tract.
It appears to be able, in addition to having the ability to eliminate heavy metals, to block chemical carcinogenesis induced through two mechanisms:
- the inhibition of phase I enzymes (activation of pro-carcinogenic molecules);
- the induction of phase II reactions, that is, all those endogenous enzymatic mechanisms through which cells protect themselves from oxidative damage, so that free radicals (Reactive Oxygen Species, ROS) are eliminated before they cause cellular damage that can lead to the appearance of mutations and, consequently, tumors.
Betaine helps combat osmotic stress, aridity, high salinity or temperature. The intracellular accumulation of betaines, without affecting enzymatic function, protein structure, or membrane integrity, allows for water retention in cells, protecting them from the effects of dehydration.
Albumin is essential for regulating and maintaining oncotic pressure, the osmotic pressure required for the proper distribution of body fluids in the vascular compartment and tissues. In addition to being the most common protein in the blood, albumin is also the main vehicle for other proteins transported through it.
In humans, arginine is considered essential in children because the body is unable to synthesize sufficient amounts; in adults, it is synthesized in the urea cycle. Conversion to citrulline via the enzyme nitric oxide synthase also produces nitric oxide, which acts as a vasodilator. Together with its other isomeric form, ornithine is also known as an adjuvant product of oligoasthenospermia, a condition of insufficient sperm production (a frequent cause of infertility in men).
Coriander (Coriandrum Sativum) has the ability to eliminate heavy metals from the body and in particular from the brain, as well as protecting against oxidative damage from toxins. Coriander is therefore a plant with powerful healing effects that make it unique, given that very few herbs in nature are capable of eliminating mercury from the central nervous system.
The chlorella algae has the ability to bind with heavy metal toxins, allowing them to be safely eliminated from the body; it is clinically recognized.

Directions for Use and Dosage
