Indications
Eber Active 16 by Eberlife is a food supplement consisting of 16 nutrients useful for providing a supplemental intake of vitamins and minerals in situations of increased need (for example, psycho-physical stress, before and during exposure to sunlight). It is based on beta-carotene, folic acid, vitamins C, D, E and B vitamins, copper, selenium, magnesium and zinc. Vitamins B1, B2, B5, B6, B12, C, biotin, copper, magnesium contribute to normal energy metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, C and magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamins B2, C, E, copper, selenium, and zinc contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamins B6, B12, C, D, copper, selenium, and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin D and magnesium contribute to the maintenance of normal muscle function. Vitamins B2, B3, biotin, and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal skin. Copper contributes to normal skin pigmentation. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of the skin.

How to use and Dosage
It is recommended to take one 1 tablet per day, away from meals or two hours before sun exposure.
