Indications

E-omega 3 is a supplement of omega-3, polyunsaturated fatty acids derived from fish and very useful for our body which is unable to produce them on its own and obtains small quantities from the diet.

In particular, the effects of EPA and DHA have been observed and, after several years and many modifications based on clinical studies, the EMA has authorized the following health claims:

• DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function, normal vision and normal cardiac function (the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA).
• EPA contributes to normal cardiac function (the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA). E-omega 3, however, does not limit itself to supplementing the normal diet with omega-3 fatty acids, but also provides a significant amount of vitamin E; in fact, with just one pearl, E-omega 3 covers 50% of the daily requirement of this vitamin. Alpha-tocopherol is included with a dual antioxidant function: on the one hand, it protects the fish oil from oxidation, ensuring greater stability of the finished product, on the other, it helps protect our body from oxidative stress. By reducing cellular oxidation, vitamin E amplifies the effect of omega-3 on blood vessels and nerve cells.

Directions for use and Dosage

We recommend taking 1 or 2 pearls per day, swallowed with plenty of water.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
