Indications

Dualcol is indicated as an adjuvant in the main chronic inflammatory diseases of the intestine: ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, celiac disease.
Due to its anti-inflammatory action, it alleviates the symptoms of IBS: cramping pain, bloating, abdominal pain, intestinal irregularity.
It rebalances liver/intestinal function, promotes the repair of the gastric and intestinal mucosa by normalizing excessive permeability (ulcerative colitis).
It modulates the inflammatory response of the MALT by reducing inflammatory cytokines. It allows you to restore the physiology of the mucosa suitable for a balanced microbiota.

Composition

Boswellia: rich in boswellic acids, it inhibits the enzyme vital to the biosynthesis of leukotrienes (5-lipoxygenase), pro-inflammatory molecules that contribute to ulcerative colitis.
Dandelion: the active ingredients (triterpene alcohols, flavonoids, inulin, mineral salts) give the plant detoxifying properties for the liver, promoting the elimination of waste products.
It has a hepatoprotective action and is indicated in cases of liver failure and gallstones.
Sodium butyrate: a very important energy source for the cells of the intestinal mucosa.
Recent studies have shown how butyrate, produced by the fermentation of dietary fiber by intestinal bacteria, functions as an epigenetic "switch" stimulating the immune system to produce regulatory T cells in the intestine.
