Drena-Ben is composed of:

• Elderberry fruit: contains a phytocomplex rich in flavonoids, tannins and anthocyanins. It also contains Vitamin C, A and B complex factors (thiamine, riboflavin, nicotinic acid, amide (PP), pantothenic acid). All parts of the plant have diaphoretic and draining properties. The high concentration of flavonoids is responsible for the draining effect, present at approximately 1.8%, and the most representative are rutin, isoquercetin, hyperoside, astragalin, and quercetin.
• Horsetail plant: The phytocomplex contains high percentages of flavonoids and mineral salts (15–20%), as well as saponins and sterols. The plant and its extract have a high diuretic effect, while also providing a high content of mineral salts. Thanks to this effect, Horsetail is often recommended as an adjuvant in slimming therapies.
• Plantain leaves: The plant has notable anti-inflammatory, draining, and soothing properties. It is rich in mucilages, flavonoids, iridoid glycosides, mineral salts, and vitamins (A, C, K). The anti-inflammatory action expressed by the phytocomplex is very useful in draining edema or areas where lymphatic stagnation has persisted over time and where inflammation is more likely.
• Hawkeyweed leaves: The plant has ancient use as a draining agent; tannins, flavonoids, and caffeine derivatives are among the main components. In addition to its draining properties, the extract also has a strong anti-inflammatory and bactericidal action (umbelliferone). The plant is therefore a good adjuvant in the treatment of cystitis, kidney stones, cellulite, and excess weight.
• Galbule cypress: The plant is extremely effective in promoting the reabsorption of edema by strengthening the venous and capillary walls and has an excellent draining action. The fruits are rich in essential oil rich in pinene, and there are also good percentages of proanthocyanidins, diterpenic acids, and tannins.
