Directions for use and dosage
It is recommended to take 20 ml of product (using the measuring cap) directly in the morning or diluted in 500 ml of water to drink throughout the day.
Shake well before use.
Being a natural product, the presence of a possible deposit is possible and does not affect the efficacy and validity of the product.

Green tea extract content equal to 90 mg per serving of product recommended for daily consumption, of which catechins and epigallocatechin-3-gallate do not exceed 90 mg; since no more than 800 mg of epigallocatechin-3-gallate should be consumed per day, do not take the product if you are already taking other products containing green tea.
