Dorso Style by Swimyourstyle is a supplement specifically designed for the needs of backstroker, with branched-chain amino acids in a ratio of 4:1:1 and creatine on a carbohydrate basis (fructose and maltodextrin). Branched-chain amino acids are recommended as a supplement to the athlete's diet. The product also contains beta-alanine, a precursor of carnosine.

Directions for use and dosage
Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in 500 ml of water and shake well for at least 20-30 seconds. It is recommended to take one sachet 40-45 minutes before training or a competition. Lightly flavored with green tea to promote good digestibility of the ingredients.
