Indications
Doledem is a phytopreparation product that promotes better control of the permeability and elasticity of the vessel wall following trauma, medical-surgical interventions or transitory functional alterations of the mucous membranes and soft tissues.
The composition includes tablets based on bromelain (5000 GDU), horse chestnut (in e.g. carrier 20 mg of escin), Boswellia, Melilot and Resveratrol which are functional ingredients useful when their intake in the diet is deficient or absent.
Specifically, the Doledem ingredients perform the following actions:
- Bromelain
It contributes to the normal functioning of muscle tension, while promoting the functional recovery of soreness, and also participates in the control of the release of enzymes proteolytics and inflammatory substances. - Horse Chestnut
It contributes to the recovery of vascular permeability, improving the tone and elasticity of the vessel walls. - Melilot
It contributes to the containment of perivascular congestive edema by supporting the lymphatic recovery of fluids and protein aggregates that have leaked. - Resveratrol
It contributes to correct antioxidant activity by promoting cellular protection from damage caused by free radicals.

Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose and maltodextrin; Bromadvance 5000 Plus coated (Coated Bromelain 5000GDU from Ananas Comosus L. Merr. stipiti), Horse Chestnut dry extract. (Aesculus hippocastanum L.: leaves, 20% escin), Boswellia extract (Boswellia serrata Roxb. ex Colebr.: gummi-resin, 65% boswellic acids), Sweet Clover extract (Melilotus officinalis L. Pall.: herb with flowers, 20% coumarin), Resveratrol 98% (from Polygonum Cuspidatum S.et Z., root), Anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.

How to use and Dosage
