Indications
Vitamin E, with its antioxidant properties, fights free radicals and promotes cell renewal. Its deficiency can be the cause of nervous system disorders and general metabolic problems. It also has an anti-inflammatory effect against agents that, by promoting inflammation, can reduce bone density and matrix.
Magnesium is useful for combating fatigue and moodiness. Furthermore, it helps, together with vitamin K2, direct calcium where it is needed—bones and teeth—avoiding calcification in other tissues. Magnesium, in the form of citrate, modulates the body's pH, preventing acidosis that can lead to an inflammatory state throughout the body. Vitamin D3 contributes to the regulation of calcium absorption and balance. Supplementing with vitamin D alone can be beneficial. lead to the ossification of structures other than bones, such as blood vessels: vitamin D will tend to deposit calcium everywhere, even where it is not needed. To remedy this imbalance, it is important to combine vitamin D3 with vitamin K2 menaquinone. Vitamin K2 works by activating a specific protein (osteocalcin) that directs calcium directly into the bones and teeth. Furthermore, the combination of K2 and D3 improves bone density.

Directions for use
Take 2 capsules a day, preferably with main meals.
