Indications
Food supplement based on plant extracts selected for their specific action on lipid metabolism, such as gymnema, guarana, and lespedeza. Guarana also helps stimulate metabolism and balance body weight, while galega, together with gymnema, also promotes carbohydrate metabolism. The formula is supported by black pepper, which helps eliminate intestinal gas and has an antioxidant action.
Ingredients
Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate; guarana (Paullinia cupana Kunth) seeds dry extract tit. 10% caffeine, lespedeza (Lespedeza capitata Michx.) leaves dry extract tit. 4% flavonoids expressed as rutin, galega herb dry extract (Galega officinalis L), gymnema sylvestre [Gymnema sylvestre (Retz) R.Br.] leaves dry extract tit. 25% gymnemic acid; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc; black pepper fruit dry extract (Piper nigrum L.).

Directions for use
It is recommended to take one tablet per day, swallowed with a sip of water.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not recommended for children, pregnant women, or those who are breastfeeding. The product should be used as part of an adequate low-calorie diet, following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for prolonged periods, longer than three weeks, it is advisable to consult a doctor. The product contains caffeine: 12 mg/tablet. Do not exceed a maximum daily intake of caffeine from all sources of 400 mg. The tablet can be divided into two equal parts; it is advisable to wash your hands afterwards.
