Enervit Immune Defenses Adults contains a special profile of micronutrients that provides all the vitamins and minerals recognized as helping to support natural defenses, thus contributing to the normal function of the immune system.
In particular: Vitamin C (500 mg) and D (1000 International Units), as well as Zinc, Vitamins A, B6, B9, B12, Iron, Selenium and Copper.
Vitamins B6, B9 and B12 also contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, while Zinc contributes to the reduction of oxidative stress.
Ashwagandha
The formulation of Enervit Immune Defenses Adults includes Ashwagandha extract, a plant used for thousands of years in Indian tradition. Ashwagandha has tonic and "adaptogenic" properties.
That is, it helps the body adapt to situations of physical tiredness and, at the same time, by contributing to relaxation and mental well-being, it supports the body's natural defenses.
The special Ashwagandha extract selected by Enervit is obtained without the use of solvents and is
standardized in three components (glycosidic withanolides, withaferin A and oligosaccharides), in order to guarantee the right safety and constant efficacy.

Directions for use and Dosage
Take one sachet per day, preferably on a full stomach, after breakfast or lunch.
Dissolve the contents of one sachet in 120 ml of natural water (one glass).
Stir to dissolve the powder.
