Berberis aristata (barberry, bark extract containing berberine), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), choline bitartrate, Reducose (Morus alba, leaf extract), Cynara scolymus (artichoke, plant extract min. 5% in cynarin); humectants: dicalcium phosphate; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; vegetable capsule: red iron oxide (coloring); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, chromium chloride.
Free from gluten, lactose and dairy products.

Directions for use and Dosage
2 capsules per day, 1 during the two main meals. Alternatively, you can take the 2 capsules during a main meal. Take with at least 1 or 2 glasses of water.
