Directions for use and Dosage
Take up to 20 g per day (equal to 2 level scoops) dissolved in 200 ml of water or other liquid, preferably between main meals. To support activity and muscle trophism, to promote repair and recovery processes, it is advisable to take an additional 30 g, 20 minutes after exercise together with a source of rapidly assimilated simple carbohydrates (fruit or fruit juice) always preferably during a snack between main meals.
