Directions for use
Take one tablet of Lichtena® daily. DERMOSOLARI IntegraSol AK, taken whole with a sip of water, preferably on a full stomach with breakfast or the main meal.
It is recommended to start taking Lichtena® DERMOSOLARI IntegraSol AK tablets one month before sun exposure and continue taking them for up to one month afterward.
Warnings
Taking Lichtena® DERMOSOLARI IntegraSol AK is recommended before and during exposure to UV rays.
It is recommended not to exceed the recommended daily dose.
Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
