Ingredients

E.g. of: Sheng Di Huang [Rehmannia glutinosa (Gaertn.) Libosch.] root, Zhi Zi (Gardenia jasminoides Ellis) fruit, Fu Ling (Poria cocos F.A.Wolf.) sclerotium, Gan Cao (Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. ex Dc.) root; thickeners: starch (from potato), cellulose; emulsifier: carboxymethylcellulose; Anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids (stearic).

6 tablets, 2 before each of the three main meals. Swallow whole.
