Indications
D-Mannose is a food supplement based on birch extract titrated at 90% D-mannose.
Birch is useful for the physiological functionality of the urinary tract and the drainage of fluids.
D-mannose is a simple sugar (monosaccharide) with a low glycemic index extracted from birch bark.
It is not absorbed but is excreted in the urine carrying with it some Escherichia Coli bacteria that leave the adhesion to the walls of the bladder to bind to the d-mannose through the fimbriae.

Directions for use and Dosage
We recommend taking three to six capsules a day.
It is recommended to take D-mannose on an empty stomach with a little water to allow the product to concentrate in the urine and after about an hour drink plenty of water.
