D-Mannose Forte is a natural remedy for the well-being of the urinary tract: it combats cystitis and also recurrent and/or acute infections.

D-Mannose Forte is a supplement based on a natural sugar of plant origin that is not metabolized, it facilitates the expulsion of bacteria through the urine and prevents relapses. It is also useful in cases of recurrent urinary infections and in cases of stubborn cystitis.

It counteracts the formation of a bacterial biofilm that anchors itself to the bladder and urethra, preventing the adhesion of bacteria to the mucous membranes of the urinary tract and facilitating the expulsion of the bacteria themselves through the urine with a mechanical action.

Directions for use

We recommend 2 to 4/5 capsules per day on an empty stomach in the morning, mid-afternoon and/or evening. Use the maximum dose for 3 to 7 days in the acute phase and, in case of recurrent cystitis, the lower dose for up to 6 months.
If necessary, the capsules can be opened and the contents dissolved in a little water.
Take after emptying the bladder, with a little water.
Wait an hour and drink plenty of water between administrations and throughout the day to facilitate the elimination of bacteria.
It can be taken for long periods without contraindications.
Suitable for everyone, including children, pregnant and breastfeeding women, and diabetics.
