Indications

Cumaret is a food supplement useful for counteracting retinal-related visual disorders. The curcuminoids contained in the Curcuma Longa extract are able to both prevent the formation of free radicals and neutralize existing free radicals.

Active ingredients

• Turmeric is a powerful anti-inflammatory; it can be useful in cases of macular degeneration, retinopathies, central serous chorioretinopathy, macular edema;
• Melatonin, by regulating the circadian rhythm and acting on the retinal pigment epithelium, protects retinal photoreceptors from oxidative damage and the resulting inflammatory processes that exist in cases of age-related and non-age-related macular degeneration;
• Vitamin D has anti-inflammatory, antiangiogenic, and immunomodulatory properties. The receptors of this vitamin are also present in the retina, counteracting the development of AMD. Bergamot, in addition to being a powerful antioxidant, has extraordinary anti-cholesterol properties, decreasing LDL and increasing HDL;
• Bergamot is also rich in vitamins A, C, B1, B2, vitamins necessary for good vision.

Ingredients

Bulking agents: Dibasic calcium phosphate, Microcrystalline cellulose. Bergamot (Citrus x bergamia Risso & Poit.) fruit juice e.g. 4:1. Pregelatinized corn starch. Curcuminoids from turmeric rhizome (Curcuma longa L.). Anti-caking agents: Mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, Vegetable magnesium stearate, Silicon dioxide. Vitamin D (Cholecalciferol), Melatonin. Glazing agents: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, Shellac, Safflower concentrate, Glycerol, Radish, Apple, Redcurrant, Sweet Potato, and Cherry, Microcrystalline cellulose.

Directions for use and Dosage

It is recommended to take one tablet daily before bedtime.

Warnings

Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and direct heat sources. Do not dispose of the container in the environment.

In case of impaired liver or biliary function or gallstones, use of the product is not recommended. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not use for prolonged periods without consulting your doctor. If you are taking any medications, it is advisable to consult your doctor.
