Food supplement useful for sports practice
Indications
Creatina vector is a food supplement of creatine and vitamin C for the athlete's diet. Produced in single-dose sachets based on pure creatine for optimal absorption and maximum hygiene and shelf life.
Ingredients
Micronized creatine monohydrate (Creapure®), Dipotassium phosphate, Acidifier: citric acid; Calcium carbonate, Sucrose 3.5%, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), Anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; Granular L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (AAKG, stabilizer: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), Dextrose 2.0%, L-glutamic acid, Taurine, Natural lemon flavor with other natural flavors, Glycine, L-arginine, Zinc gluconate, L-glutamine, Sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame K; Alpha lipoic acid, Colors: carotenes, riboflavins.

Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day dissolved in approximately 200 ml of water, preferably between meals.
For an athlete's diet, during loading phases, you can take up to 2 sachets per day (equal to 6g of creatine) for no more than 30 days, subsequently 1 sachet per day. During the creatine supplementation period, it is advisable to drink plenty of water.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
