Creatine Supreme is a creatine dietary supplement whose daily intake of 3 g increases physical performance in case of repetitive, high-intensity and short-duration activities. Furthermore, the chromium contained contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.
Ingredients
Creatine magnesium chelate, Fenugreek dry extract (Trigonella foenum-graecum: seeds), Edible gelatin (capsule), Chromium picolinate.
Directions for use
We recommend taking 6 capsules per day. Athletes can take 6 g of creatine per day (equal to 12 capsules) for no more than a month half an hour before exercise and/or immediately after.
