Indications
Creatab is a food supplement indicated for improving energy availability in general, but more specifically in anaerobic sports, short-duration, high-intensity such as speed sports, bodybuilding, and weightlifting. Creatine intake is useful for supporting cardiac tone and mental performance. Creatine, in fact, is particularly sensitive to gastric acidity, which causes its conversion into creatinine, a substance toxic to the body. Creatab, completely bypassing the stomach, ensures the dissolution of the tablet and the assimilation of the creatine in the intestine. Creatab contains creatine in three molecular forms: monohydrate, ethyl ester and malate, highly absorbable.

Directions for use and dosage
