Directions for use and dosage

According to your needs:

• Take 3 tablets a day in a single administration, for a total of 3g of creatine;
• Take a dose, corresponding to 2 tablets, three times a day at intervals of 6 hours for a total of 6g of creatine.
  In this second case, do not exceed a 30-day intake period.

Divide the intake on non-use days into 2-3 doses at least 3 hours apart.
