Directions for use and Dosage
We recommend taking 1 scoop per day, diluted in a glass of your choice of beverage (juice, milk, tea, or any other beverage) at room temperature or hot. Stir thoroughly until completely dissolved.
Warnings
Not suitable for people with phenylketonuria or those intolerant to any of the ingredients. Use by people requiring a low-protein diet (very severe renal or hepatic impairment) requires medical supervision.
