Arugula extract helps stimulate the hair bulb, supporting normal hair growth. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of the skin. Biotin, zinc, and selenium contribute to the maintenance of normal hair. Vitamin B6, vitamin C, zinc, selenium, and copper contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Zinc and selenium contribute to the maintenance of normal nails. Nettle extract promotes the health of hair and nails.
