Directions for use and dosage
We recommend drinking a cup of herbal tea, even several times a day. To prepare the infusion, pour boiling water (about 200 ml) into a cup over the filter, taking care to cover it to avoid dispersing the more volatile aromatic substances. Leave to infuse for a few minutes. It is not necessary to add sugar, as the particular formulation makes the infusion pleasant; if necessary, it is preferable to use honey.
