Indications
Cod Liver Oil by Algilife is a food supplement based on Omega 3, EPA, DHA, Vitamins A, D, E, useful in case of increased need and/or reduced dietary intake of these nutrients. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain and vision function. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA. DHA and EPA contribute to normal cardiac function: this benefit is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. The formulation is enriched with Vitamin A which supports normal vision. Vitamin D and E complete the formulation.

Directions for use and Dosage
We recommend taking 1 soft gel per day, swallowed with water.
