Indications

Citrogen is indicated as a valid energy support to counteract conditions of asthenia and muscle weakness and to replenish mineral salts lost due to excessive sweating, especially during the summer season.

It is indicated in states of convalescence and rehabilitation, in the nutrition of the elderly, in cases of intense sporting activity, conditions in which the intake of these nutrients may be reduced and insufficient to cover the actual needs.

Composition

Creatine monohydrate, l-Arginine aspartate, Creatine citrate, Taurine, l-Glutamine (Kyowa Quality®), Potassium citrate, beta-Alanine, Magnesium citrate, Acidity regulator: sodium and potassium hydrogen carbonates; Acidifier: citric acid; Anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; Flavoring, Sweeteners: sucralose and acesulfame K.

Directions for use and dosage

It is recommended to take 1 sachet 2 times a day, preferably in the first part of the day, away from meals.

Dissolve the contents in a glass of water, wait for the product to dissolve completely and drink immediately.

The ideal period of intake is from a minimum of 20 up to a maximum of 30 days.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
