Indications

Choline contributes to normal lipid metabolism and, together with vitamin B6, to normal homocysteine ​​metabolism. Vitamins B1 and B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function. Vitamin B6 also contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function and, together with selenium and vitamin E, contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients

Choline bitartrate; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; zinc gluconate, vitamin E (D,L-alpha-tocopheryl acetate); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc, silicon dioxide; selenomethionine, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride).

Directions for use

We recommend taking 1 tablet per day with a large glass of water.
