Directions for use and Dosage
For your Pesoforma, replace your meal with a delicious smoothie, ideal for breakfast, excellent for both lunch and dinner. Try it cold or hot.
Choose a healthy lifestyle: eat a varied and balanced diet, drink at least two liters of water a day and do regular physical activity. You will feel more energized. in shape.
- To lose weight, replace two main meals a day;
- to maintain weight, replace one meal a day, as part of a low-calorie diet that also includes other foods.
We recommend that you seek medical advice if you wish to consume the product for longer periods. for three consecutive weeks.
Preparation
Pour 2 scoops of product into a shaker (the scoop is inside the jar) and add 250 ml of cold, unsweetened skimmed milk.
