Ingredients
Water, fructose, ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc., rhizoma) glyceric extract, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L., folium) glyceric extract, peppermint (Mentha x piperita L., folium) glyceric extract, anise (Illicium verum Hook. f., fructus) glyceric extract; preservative: potassium sorbate.

Directions for use and Dosage
2 sprays directly under the tongue for a maximum of 8 sprays per day. Avoid eating or drinking for at least 15 minutes after application.
