Indications
As suggested by recent studies, micronutrient deficiencies are frequent in patients with a new diagnosis of celiac disease or in patients on a gluten-free diet with a non-optimal recovery of the intestinal mucosa. Among the most common deficiencies are those of iron, magnesium and vitamins D, E, B.

Main ingredients
- Iron: essential mineral for the synthesis of hemoglobin and contributes to the reduction of tiredness;
- Vitamins B6, B12 and folic acid: these are water-soluble, heat-labile and photosensitive vitamins. They contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism and contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Directions for use and Dosage
Take 2 capsules a day with a glass of water, on an empty stomach. (2-3 hours after main meals, or 20 minutes before breakfast.)
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. After opening, close tightly and consume within 2 months. For consumption during pregnancy, it is recommended to consult a doctor.
