With: magnesium, which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal muscle function; vitamins B2 and B6, which contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system; feverfew, which helps counteract localized states of tension; griffonia, which supports relaxation and mental well-being.

Ingredients

Magnesium oxide, feverfew [Tanacetum parthenium (L.) Sch. Bip., flowering herb] dry extract tit. 0.5% in parthenolides, coenzyme Q10; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, sorbitol; griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill., seeds] dry extract tit. 20% in 5-HTP; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; SOD (superoxide dismutase) 11,000 U/g, andrographis [Andrographis paniculata (Burm. f.) Nees, leaves] dry extract tit. 95% in andrographolide, riboflavin (vitamin B2); anti-caking agent: talc; acidifying agent: citric acid; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), melatonin.

Directions for use and Dosage

2 tablets per day, to be swallowed with a glass of water.
