Cardio Relax is a supplement based on Hawthorn extract, Potassium and Magnesium:

The intake of 500 mg of hawthorn is equivalent to 30 mg of Vitexin, which contributes to the regular functionality of the cardiovascular system and to mental relaxation and well-being.
Ingredients
Potassium citrate, hawthorn (Cratageus monogyna) leaves dry extract tit. 6% vitexin, magnesium citrate, magnesium pidolate; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; gliding agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

Directions for use and dosage
