Indications
Carbo Speed is a supplement indicated for athletes based on carbohydrates with slow and prolonged energy output, ideal for endurance, long-distance, and middle-distance activities. It contains traditional maltodextrins with a DE 10, low osmolarity, highly digestible and absorbable, Isomaltulose (Palatinose), an innovative disaccharide (glucose-fructose) with a low glycemic index, equal to 32, with slow energy release, highly digestible and light on the stomach and intestines. It also has a very low osmolarity which ensures rapid gastric emptying and equally rapid intestinal absorption and is rich in all the vitamins essential for energy production.

High molecular weight corn maltodextrin (D.E.1), corn maltodextrin (D.E.19), Isomaltulose*, Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), Niacin (Nicotinamide), DL-alpha-Tocopheryl acetate (Vitamin E), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), Vitamin B1 (Thiamine hydrochloride). * Isomaltulose is a source of glucose and fructose.
Gluten-Free and Lactose-Free.

Directions for use and Dosage
Dissolve 30 g (equal to approximately 1.5 level scoops) in 500 ml of water or other Liquid, to be taken as needed, preferably during training or competition.
