Indications

Roman chamomile promotes digestive function, regularity of intestinal transit, relaxation and mental well-being and helps combat menstrual cycle disorders. 

Ingredients

Roman chamomile (Anthemis nobilis) flower heads (flowers) E.O.

2 drops on average contain 87 mg of Roman chamomile E.O.

Directions for use and Dosage

It is recommended to take 1 or 2 drops of E.O. per day. Dilute in a food of your choice or in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day (shake well before drinking). External use is possible for relaxing massages by diluting appropriately in an emollient base, or by adding a few drops to aroma diffusers.  Reseal tightly after use.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
