Bromelain 2,500 GDU/g, Boswellia serrata in the form phytosomal tit. 25% in total triterpenic acids and 10% in total beta-boswellic acids (e.g. from gum-resin of Boswellia serra Roxb. ex. Colebr., soy lecithin, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide); bulking agent: sorbitol; Boswellia (Boswellia serrata Roxb. ex Colebr., gum-resin) e.g. tit. 30% in boswellic acids, milk thistle [Silybum marianum (L.) Gaernt., fruit] e.g. tit. 80% in silymarin; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anhydrous betaine; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc; selenium-L-methionine, manganese gluconate; acidifier: citric acid; thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6); glazing agents: modified starch (E1420), talc (E553b), glycerol (E422), shellac in aqueous solution (E904/E527), allura red (E129), indigo carmine (E132).

Directions for use
1 to 2 tablets per day, to be swallowed with a glass of water.
