Indications
BromeREX ® is a food supplement formulated in gastro-resistant capsules, in compliance with the directives of the Ministry of Health and the European Food Safety Agency: EFSA (European Food Safety Authority), based on ingredients useful when their intake with the diet is lacking or absent.
BromeREX ® natural anti-inflammatory with anti-edema action:

Numerous clinical studies have demonstrated the effectiveness of bromelain in the treatment of symptoms associated with to inflammation. Active ingredients
The synergy of the 3 active ingredients ensures immediate efficacy by acting on various symptoms of inflammation and consequent anti-edema action.
The safety of using bromelain compared to other anti-inflammatory drugs derives from the difference in its mechanism of action: in fact, while classic NSAIDs (ibuprofen, ketoprofen, naproxen...) inhibit cyclooxygenase, blocking the synthesis of prostaglandins, bromelain instead increases the production of prostaglandins with anti-inflammatory activity at the expense of those with pro-inflammatory activity, thus avoiding gastrointestinal damage typical of this category of drugs.
- Bromelain: Enzyme extracted from pineapple stem with proteolytic, fibrinolytic action with anti-inflammatory, digestive and anti-edema action.
- Escin: is a saponin, extracted from horse chestnut, capable of increasing the resistance and decreasing the permeability of capillaries (anti-edema action): for this characteristic it is used in the treatment of various types of edema, in the case of varicose veins and hemorrhoids, hematomas and contusions and capillary fragility. In general, taking products based on escin can be helpful in the presence of swelling of various kinds.
- Troxerutin: a bioflavonoid that acts by increasing the resistance of the vessels (capillary-protective action) and decreasing their permeability. In this way, it prevents the passage of excess liquid blood into the tissues (anti-permeabilizing and anti-edematous action).

Bromelain 2,500 GDU, troxerutin, horse chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum L.) bark dry extract titrated 15% escin, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, pineapple (Ananas comosus L. Merr.) stems dry extract 250 GDU/g; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; Anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.
Gluten-free.
Suitable for vegans.
Naturally lactose-free.

Directions for use and dosage
Take 1-2 capsules a day with water, away from meals.
