Food supplement that helps reduce inflammatory processes and soothe pain. Antioxidant and prevents the onset of diseases.
Indications
BreaCur 350 fights and prevents inflammatory symptoms, helps reduce inflammatory processes, soothe pain, enhances antioxidant activity and prevents the onset of diseases.
BreaCur 350 is a phytotherapeutic product from Brea based on curcumin, bromelain and quercetin.
- Curcumin is the major biologically active chemical constituent present in the rhizome (underground part of the stem) of Turmeric (Curcuma longa).
Curcumin is extracted from the plant, and the concentrated extract is used medicinally for its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antimicrobial, and immunostimulant pharmacological properties. The standardized extract of 95% curcuminoids (Curcumin, Demethoxycurcumin, Bisdemethoxycurcumin) present in BreaCur 350 is the "Curcumin C3 Complex," the only curcumin tested and recognized as safe by the American FDA.
Curcumin has demonstrated, both experimentally and clinically, an important anti-inflammatory effect due to the inhibition of cyclooxygenase and lipoxygenase.
Other studies have demonstrated the antimutagenic and anticarcinogenic activity of curcumin, probably due to its antioxidant action, as well as its interference with the metabolism of arachidonic acid.
Unlike many other antioxidants, curcuminoids are able to both prevent the formation of free radicals and neutralize existing free radicals, and therefore, due to this dual activity, they are considered effective bioprotectors.
Their antioxidant properties are significantly superior to those of Vitamin E.
Curcumin has also been shown to possess other extremely interesting activities, including anticoagulant, antithrombotic, antihypertensive, cholesterol-lowering, antioxidant, antiviral, and hepatoprotective properties. - Bromelain, a substance extracted from pineapple stems, is a proteolytic enzyme used in medicine for its anti-inflammatory activity. In fact, it significantly reduces the duration of inflammation, pain, and post-surgical edema and accelerates the reabsorption of edema and bruises.
Bromelain has almost no side effects and can be taken at doses ranging from 200 to 2000 mg per day for prolonged periods. - Quercetin is a plant pigment (flavonoid) found in many plants and foods, such as red wine, red grapes, onions, green tea, apples, and berries.
Quercetin has anti-inflammatory properties and is a natural antioxidant.
Supplementation with quercetin can therefore help reduce the formation of free radicals and pro-inflammatory substances, proving to be a valuable aid for our health.
Quercetin inhibits an enzyme that deactivates curcumin, thus promoting its absorption.
It is believed that a daily intake of 50-200 mg of bioflavonoids is sufficient.
Indications for use: there are many, in fact where there is an inflammatory state accompanied by edema and pain (e.g. prostatitis) and a significant antioxidant action is required, BreaCUR 350, with its components, ensures adequate therapeutic success.
