Bud extract (glycerin macerate) of fresh Blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum) buds.

Directions for use and Dosage

We recommend taking 50-100 drops in a little water, twice a day (morning and noon) or as a single dose upon waking, 15 minutes before breakfast.
