Longlife blackcurrant oil rich in omega-3 fatty acids, titrated at 14% in gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), useful for the integrity and functionality of cell membranes. The intake of GLA with the diet can increase the production of prostaglandins (PG-1 and PG-3), which have the property of inhibiting inflammatory processes, blocking the release of arachidonic acid and consequently of PG-2.
