Indications
Bivital is a complete supplement of B vitamins:
- they contribute to normal energy metabolism,
- to the functioning of the nervous system,
- to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
B vitamins are a series of precious elements for the functionality of our body, participating as cofactors in numerous enzymatic reactions, particularly useful in the treatment of anemic states (in particular megaloblastic anemia), useful both in the production of energy starting from macromolecules such as carbohydrates, lipids and proteins and in biosynthetic processes.
Of particular importance Of particular importance, especially with regard to vitamins B9 and B12, is the antioxidant role of these vitamins, as well as their ability to promote the synthesis of nucleotides (such as thymine for DNA synthesis), and to detoxify the body from important catabolites such as homocysteine (involved in the primary cause of cardiovascular damage).
B vitamin deficiency can cause different symptoms, depending on the vitamin most deficient.
The main signs of deficiency affect the central nervous system (mental confusion, depression, tiredness, lethargy, hallucinations, numbness and tingling in the extremities) and the skin, as well as hair loss and scaly rash (like cracking; especially around the eyes, nose, mouth, and genital area).

Directions for use and dosage
It is recommended to take 1-2 capsules per day, in a single intake, preferably on an empty stomach.
Minimum period: 60 days.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years.
Supplements should not be consumed immediately. Intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
The presence of riboflavin could cause a significant change in urine color, which is devoid of any clinical significance.
Concurrent intake of PPIs could reduce the intestinal absorption of cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).
Vitamin B6 can antagonize the therapeutic effects of levodopa.
Only rarely have adverse gastrointestinal reactions been described, such as nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea, especially in predisposed patients or those treated for excessively long periods.
