Restorative food supplement
Indications
Bioton pronto ricarica is a food supplement based on creatine, arginine, essential branched-chain amino acids (or BCAAs: leucine, valine, and isoleucine in a 2:1:1 ratio), mineral salts, vitamins, and folic acid, enriched with eleutherococcus extract. It is recommended for adults and the elderly who need support in case of low dietary nutrient intake or increased needs: in periods of tiredness and exhaustion due to study, work, intense physical activity, and seasonal changes. It is also recommended for those who practice sports.
Vitamins C, B6, and B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, the normal functioning of the immune system, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Magnesium is useful for replenishing water and salt losses due to excessive sweating and for supporting muscle function. It also helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. Potassium (2 sachets per day) is useful for supporting muscle function. Eleutherococcus has tonic-adaptogenic properties, improving memory, cognitive function, and the body's natural defenses.

Creatine monohydrate; acidifier: citric acid; L-arginine, magnesium salts of citric acid, L-leucine; acidity regulator: sodium hydrogen carbonate; potassium salts of orthophosphoric acid, maltodextrin, L-isoleucine, L-valine, flavoring; emulsifier: sucrose esters of fatty acids; Swiss chard powder, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), eleutherococcus (Eleutherococcus senticosus (Rupr. et Maxim) Maxim) root dry extract titrated at 0.4% in eleutherosides; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate); colouring: beta-carotene; sweetener: sucralose; Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid).
Free from gluten and artificial colors.
Directions for use and Dosage
We recommend taking one or two sachets throughout the day, dissolved in 200 ml of water. For athletes, we recommend taking one or two sachets before (recharge) and after physical activity (recovery).
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources. The shelf life refers to the intact product, stored correctly.
