Indications
Food supplement based on biotin, zinc, copper and selenium with extracts of nettle, millet and horsetail. Biotin and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal hair and skin, zinc and selenium contribute to the maintenance of normal nails. Millet, nettle and horsetail extracts complete the formulation, promoting the well-being of nails and hair.
Ingredients
Bulking agent: dicalcium phosphate; glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, calcium carbonate, starch and sodium octenyl succinate, carrageenan, potassium acetate; millet dry extract. (Panicum miliaceum L., fruit), nettle extract (Urtica dioica L., leaves), horsetail extract (Equisetum arvense L., herb), zinc oxide; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; cupric citrate, D-biotin, sodium selenite.
Gluten-free.
Naturally lactose-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 capsule per day, swallowed with water, preferably during meals. Close the bottle after each use.
Warnings
Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. For the daily intake of zinc, the product is intended for adults.
Storage
Store at room temperature (not exceeding 25°C); Avoid exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight, and contact with water. Please refer to the package insert for further instructions, if necessary.
