Biotin tablets are particularly useful in cases of vitamin H deficiency and difficulty assimilating it through food.

The deficiency of this vitamin often manifests itself with:

Active ingredients

• Biotin, also known as vitamin H, vitamin B7 and vitamin B8, is a water-soluble vitamin that contributes to the formation of fatty acids and facilitates the metabolism of amino acids and carbohydrates. The human body needs it for its growth, development and for proper cell function.
• Zinc and Selenium are essential minerals for the vital physiological functions of our body, they perform a significant antioxidant action to support nails and hair.

Ingredients

Zinc Gluconate, Bulking Agents: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Biphasic Calcium Phosphate, Selenium Methionine, Anti-caking Agent: Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids, Vitamin H (Biotin).

Directions for use and Dosage

Take 1 tablet per day, swallowed in the morning on an empty stomach.
