Indications
Essential Oil OEBBD (Botanically and Biochemically Defined Essential Oil) of organic Peppermint, Mentha x piperita. Food supplement indicated for digestive well-being. Peppermint also has effects on the functionality of the upper respiratory tract.
Directions for use and Dosage
Take a maximum of 2 drops 3 times a day (equivalent to 0.19 ml) on a neutral Puressentiel tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil, or 1/4 sugar).
Warnings
Do not use pure without support, nor mix with water. Equivalence: 1 ml = 32 drops.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use in children under 7 years, pregnant women (especially during the first 3 months) or breastfeeding women, people with a history of seizure disorders or epilepsy, and people allergic to essential oils.
For people undergoing medical treatment and for children, consult a health professional. It should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store away from light, air, and heat.
