Directions for use and Dosage

We recommend taking 2 10 ml measuring spoons (20 ml) before main meals, pure or diluted in water or fruit juice.

Warnings

Do not take during pregnancy. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. The product is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
