Hawthorn Glycerin Macerate is a supplement that has a high tropism for the coronary arteries and for the regulation of cardiac activity.

The gemmoderivatives produced in the Sangalli Laboratories follow the preparation procedures dictated by the French Pharmacopoeia (monograph "Homeopathic Preparations" reported in the French Pharmacopoeia of 1965).
The plant parts, collected during their balsamic season, which usually coincides with the beginning of spring, come from spontaneous vegetation or organic crops and are subjected to cleaning, trituration, determination of the humidity level and finally maceration while still fresh.
The dehydrated weight of a sample of the freshly harvested plant is determined by placing it in an oven at 105°C and leaving it there until a constant weight is reached; The plant material is then left to macerate for three weeks in a mixture of alcohol and glycerin, the quantity of which is calculated to obtain a final product that corresponds to 20 times the weight of the raw material in its dry state.
Decantation is carried out, followed by filtration under constant pressure.
This operation is followed by a 48-hour filtration and a further filtration.
This results in the basic Glycerin Macerate (G.M.), from which, with appropriate dilution, the ready-to-use product will be obtained.
The dilution required for gemmoderivatives is 1 DH to the first Hahnemanian decimal place: this means: indicates that one part of the base preparation is diluted with 9 parts of a mixture containing 50 parts of glycerin, 30 parts of alcohol and 20 parts of water.
At the time of final use (30-40 drops in about 40 ml of water) the alcohol content is less than 2 degrees.

Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take 30-50 drops, once a day for periods not exceeding 2 months.
